The rules for using DRXKE BLOG and for holding an account on it.

What this is
DRXKE BLOG is a small editorial site. Anyone may read it; no account is needed and none is asked for. A short roster of approved people write for it.
These terms cover using the site and holding an account on it. If you only read, the only part that applies to you is Availability.
Accounts
You need an account only to apply to write. Creating one requires a working email address, which is used to sign you in and to reset your password. It is never shown publicly.
- Give accurate details, and keep your email address current — it is the only way back into your account.
- One account per person.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password to yourself, and turn on two-factor authentication if you can publish.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got in.
Who can publish
Publishing is invitation-based. New accounts can read and can apply to write; an administrator decides, by hand, who is approved. There is no automatic route to publishing rights, and being approved once does not guarantee it continues.
Your writing stays yours
You keep the copyright in everything you post. By publishing here you grant DRXKE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that work as part of the site, including in the RSS feed and in link previews.
That licence exists only so the site can show your work. It is not exclusive, so you remain free to publish the same piece elsewhere. If your post is removed, the licence ends with it, except for copies already made by search engines, feed readers and archives, which are outside anyone's control here.
What you must not post
Don't post anything that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark, that is defamatory, that harasses or threatens a person, that publishes private information about someone without their agreement, or that is designed to mislead readers about who wrote it.
Don't try to break the site: no attempts to gain access to accounts or data that aren't yours, no automated scraping that degrades service for other readers, and nothing intended to run code in another visitor's browser.
Uploaded images are subject to the same rules, and must be yours to upload.
Editing, removal and suspension
Administrators can unpublish or delete any post, change how a post is filed, and suspend or remove an account. For anything other than a clear breach of these terms we will say why.
Unpublishing a post hides it from readers but keeps it in your dashboard. Deleting a post is permanent.
Signing in with another service
Where the option is offered, you can sign in using an account from another provider. Doing so shares your email address and name with this site, and nothing else — no posting, no contacts, no access to anything in that account.
An account is only ever linked to a provider identity when that provider confirms the email address has been verified. You can set a password at any time and stop using the provider.
Availability
The site is provided as it is. No promise is made that it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and no warranty is given as to the accuracy of anything published here. Opinions belong to whoever wrote them.
To the extent the law allows, DRXKE is not liable for loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top says when they last did. Continuing to use an account after a change means accepting it; if you don't, you can delete your account.
